Label Check

The label says keto.
KetoLock shows what that means.

Logging that fits the moment

Three ways to log.
Pick whichever is fastest right now.

Log the way that suits the moment — a photo of the plate, the barcode on the pack, or just say what you ate.

Snap a photo

It splits the plate, not guesses at it.

Point the camera at your food and KetoLock itemises the meal — each part verified separately, each portion correctable with a tap.

Just describe it

Describe the whole meal — including what’s in the coffee.

Type it or dictate it: “Two eggs, half an avocado, and coffee with cream.” KetoLock accounts for additions such as cream or sweetener instead of treating every cup of coffee the same.

barcode scans, free,

Scan the barcode

Free and unlimited. Deliberately.

The barcode reads the product label instead of estimating from a photo. Some trackers include barcode access free and others reserve it for Premium; KetoLock keeps it free with no daily cap. Normal anti-abuse safeguards apply.

Why people explore keto

The potential benefits.
The honest health context.

People explore ketogenic and low-carbohydrate eating for weight, metabolic health, steadier energy, and mental clarity. KetoLock helps make the food side easier to see and track — without promising that one eating pattern works for everyone.

🧠

Focus and mental clarity

Ketones provide the brain with an alternative fuel, and researchers continue to study their possible cognitive effects. Some people report steadier focus, but results vary and the evidence does not support promising sharper thinking for everyone. KetoLock helps busy students keep meal choices aligned with their plan without adding another complicated task.

🩺

Blood-sugar and metabolic goals

The American Diabetes Association recognizes low- and very-low-carbohydrate eating as options that may help some adults with A1C, weight, blood pressure, triglycerides, or HDL cholesterol. Diabetes care is individual: major carbohydrate or fasting changes should be planned with a qualified clinician, especially when medication is involved.

⚖️

Weight and appetite goals

Lower-carbohydrate eating may help some people manage appetite and weight. Outcomes depend on food quality, health, medication, sleep, activity, and whether the approach is sustainable — KetoLock records choices, not guarantees results.

📈

See patterns in context

Optional glucose, ketone, weight, activity, hydration, and fasting records can sit alongside the food log. That makes trends easier to review while keeping estimates, correlations, and medical conclusions clearly separate.

🔒

Your health information stays yours

No KetoLock account is required. Health information remains on the iPhone, and Apple Health access is optional and controlled through Apple’s permission settings.

KetoLock is a wellness and food-tracking app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. If you have diabetes, take glucose-lowering medication, are pregnant, or manage another health condition, consult a qualified clinician before making significant dietary or fasting changes.

Good things to know

Questions, answered straight.

What exactly are net carbs?
Total carbohydrates minus fibre and sugar alcohols — the portion that meaningfully affects blood glucose for most people. It’s the number keto runs on, so it’s the number KetoLock puts first.
How accurate is the AI?
Honest answer: it depends on the food, and KetoLock tells you instead of hiding it. Barcodes read the real label. Photo and text scans are estimates verified against the USDA database wherever possible — and every result shows its confidence and how many items matched, so you decide how much to trust it. Portions are always one tap to correct.
Do I need an account?
No. There’s nothing to sign up for. The app is fully usable the moment it opens, and your log lives on your phone.
Does it work with Apple Health, CGMs and ketone meters?
Yes. Apple Health can share steps, active energy and glucose (from a paired CGM). Blood-ketone readings from any meter power your Glucose Ketone Index, and breath-acetone readings from any breath device are tracked as their own honest trend — never fake-converted between units.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet — KetoLock is built natively for iPhone first, including its on-device analysis features.
Is KetoLock a medical device?
No. KetoLock is a wellness and food-tracking app. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it’s not a substitute for a clinician. Talk to a doctor before making decisions about your health.

Your next net-carb decision starts with one photo.
